Requirements & Qualifications
Bids must quote all the two items and 100% of the quantities of each item. Bids will be evaluated by complete items and quantities and the Bidder with the lowest evaluated and substantially responsive bid shall be awarded the contract. Bids quoting incomplete items or quantities of each item shall be considered non-responsive and rejected All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the email address prescribed. The document shall be delivered in hard copy.
