SUPPLY OF 70 LITRE OIL DRAIN TROLLEY WITH HAND ROTARY PUMP WITH BRANDING FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES

PetroSA is looking for a supplier of oil drain trolleys, each with a capacity of 70 litres and fitted with a hand rotary pump, and the units are to be branded for promotional use. That is the whole of the product requirement as the record stands: apart from the heading and the issuing body, the only description carried with the listing is the code CTT27143, with no explanatory text attached. Quantity, delivery points, the length of any supply arrangement, the branding artwork and who applies it, whether samples are required, and how offers will be assessed are all unstated. Nor does the record say whether the trolleys are wanted as a single consignment or over a period, or where they would have to be sent. The notice does not state the number of units required, the delivery location or the contract duration.
