Supply of Office and IT Consumables
The Ministry of Justice, Constitutional and Religious Affairs of Mozambique is seeking bids for the supply of office materials and IT equipment consumables, intended for a mass registration campaign under the Digital Economy and e-Government Project (EDGE). The procurement is financed through World Bank funding supporting Mozambique's digital acceleration and EDGE projects, with payments processed via the Direct Payment disbursement method. The process follows a National Competitive Bidding procedure under the Request for Bids method, in line with the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (March 2025 edition), and is open to all eligible bidders. Bid documents are available in Portuguese upon written request and will be sent by email. Scope of Work
Neste contexto, o Ministério da Justiça, Assuntos Constitucionais e Religiosos (MJACR) convida os concorrentes elegíveis a apresentarem propostas seladas para o Fornecimento de Material de Escritório e Consumíveis de para Equipamento Informático no âmbito da Campanha de Registo Massivo.
Requirements & Qualifications
Os concorrentes devem ser elegíveis conforme definido nos Regulamentos de Aquisições (Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, edição de Março de 2025). As propostas devem ser seladas e acompanhadas de uma Garantia Bancária com validade de 120 dias a partir da data de abertura das Propostas, nos seguintes valores: Lote 1, 400.000,00 MZN; Lote 2, 500.000,00 MZN. O Proponente selecionado deverá preencher o Formulário de Divulgação da Propriedade Efectiva incluído no documento de pedido de propostas, para fins de divulgação da propriedade efectiva conforme exigido pelo Regulamento.
