Requirements & Qualifications
4.0 The State Department for Agriculture (“the Client”) now invites eligible individuals (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The expert should have the following minimum qualifications and experience i. A minimum Bachelor of science degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agribusiness, Value Chain Development, or related fields. Ii. A Minimum of 5 years specific experience in agriculture/agribusiness, with proven expertise in Coffee value Chain, digital transformation. Iii. A minimum of 8 years general experience in leadership in large-scale agricultura l modernization or value chain programmes, climate-smart technologies, and blended finance.
