The City of Kigali is inviting bids to equip one room with a full video conferencing installation. The package covers the video and display elements, the sound system, the control and connectivity equipment and the supporting infrastructure needed to fit the room out. Funding comes from the World Bank, the European Investment Bank and the European Union. Bidding documents are in English and are available only through Rwanda's national e-procurement portal, against a non-refundable fee of RWF 10,000 payable by deposit to the Rwanda Revenue Authority account at any commercial bank. Requirements & Qualifications
Bids shall be accompanied by bid security as specified in the e-procurement system of Rwanda at www.umucyo.gov.rw. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders at www.umucyo.gov.rw, on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rwandan francs ten thousand (RWF 10,000), to be deposited at any commercial bank on the Account of RRA. Bids must be submitted through www.umucyo.gov.rw on or before the date specified on www.umucyo.gov.rw.
