The Development Bank of Rwanda is procuring three interactive smart screens to be supplied to its head office. Scope of Work

Requirements & Qualifications

Open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% for financial proposal issued by a reputable financial institution registered in Rwanda. Both Electronic Bidding and physical bidding are mandatory. The outer Bid envelopes marked "ORIGINAL BID", and the inner envelopes marked "TECHNICAL and FINANCIAL PART". Soft copies well protected with password should be submitted.
