Overview

The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Technology, and Innovation is inviting consultancy companies to express interest in providing consulting services under the Tertiary Education, Science, and Technology Project. Scope of Work

The consulting services ("the Services") include in an integrated and sequential manner, all activities necessary for operationalizing the National Strategy for Digital Skills Development in higher education, ensuring technical rigor, institutional participation, adaptation to the Angolan context, and long-term sustainability. The consulting service will have a maximum duration of six (6) months. The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment can be obtained at the address given below. The TERTIARY EDUCATION, SCIENCE, AND TECHNOLOGY PROJECT (TEST) now invites eligible consultancy companies (“Consultants”) to express their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants must provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.

Requirements & Qualifications

- The firm must demonstrate proven experience in the execution of at least three contracts of a similar nature within the last five years, related to digital skills, digital transformation in education, the development of competency frameworks, or large-scale capacity-building programs. The consulting firm must propose a highly qualified multidisciplinary team with proven experience in digital skills, digital education, and institutional transformation in higher education. Key Experts will not be evaluated at the shortlisting stage.
