Data Center 395 m² / Climatisation de précision InRow / Extinction gaz Novec 1230. Réhabilitation mur de clôture existant. Réhabilitation complète de la clôture périphérique existante d’une longueur d’environ 400 m avec portails d'entrée. Aménagements extérieurs, Voiries / Espaces verts / Éclairage public / Assainissement pluvial. VRD, Réseaux d'eau potable, d'électricité, de télécommunications et d'assainissement. Travaux hydrauliques, Raccordements aux réseaux publics et dévoiement des canalisations existantes. Certification EDGE, Obligatoire / Objectifs : Énergie -20%, Eau -20%, Matériaux -20%. Durée estimée des travaux Trente-deux (32) mois.
Requirements & Qualifications
Les Soumissions doivent être accompagnées : a. d’une Garantie bancaire d’offre pour un montant de Cent Trente Cinq Millions (135.000.000) FCFA (ou son équivalent en euros). Cette garantie doit être placée dans l'enveloppe marquée « PARTIE TECHNIQUE ». L'omission de cette garantie entraîne le rejet de l'Offre ; b. d’une Déclaration relative à l’Exploitation et aux Abus Sexuels (EAS) ; c. d’une Déclaration d’Engagement de main d’œuvre locale. Le Dossier d'Appel d'Offres complet en français peut être obtenu par tout soumissionnaire éligible intéressé en formulant une demande écrite (par lettre ou par courrier électronique) mentionnant ses coordonnées complètes à l'adresse ci-dessous, contre un paiement non-remboursable de Deux Cent Mille (200.000) FCFA ou son équivalent en euros (environ 305 Euro), payable par virement bancaire ou chèque de banque à l'ordre de la CNTIPPEE (IBAN : GA21 4000 1090 7010 1046 0020 119).
