Requirements & Qualifications

Les Offres doivent être rédigées en langue française et devront être déposées en deux (02) exemplaires physiques à savoir un (01) original et une (01) copie, ainsi qu’une (01) version électronique scannée de l’offre sur clé USB sous le format PDF, le tout dans une enveloppe unique à l'adresse ci-après Secrétariat de la PRMP/SIRAT SA, immeuble ‘SCI TRAIT D’UNION’, rue Obama Beach, quartier Ahwanlèko au plus tard le 12 novembre 2026 à 10 heures précises, heure locale (GMT+1). En outre, le candidat devra joindre à son offre, la version électronique (clé USB) des fichiers modifiables des Devis Quantitatifs et Estimatifs (DQE) et Bordereaux des Prix Unitaires (BPU) remplis sur la base de ceux du Dossier d’Appel d’Offres reçu ou téléchargé. Les Soumissions doivent être accompagnées d’une Garantie d’offre, pour un montant de trois cent millions (300 000 000) FCFA. Les Offres doivent être accompagnées d’une Déclaration relative à l’Exploitation et aux Abus Sexuels (EAS) et/ou au Harcèlement Sexuel (HS).
