Travaux de réhabilitation du bureau, logement IFVM Betioky Atsimo Région Atsimo Andrefana
MIONJO, the Malagasy project supporting resilient livelihoods in the south of the country, is seeking quotations for rehabilitation works on the office and staff housing of the IFVM in Betioky Atsimo, in the Atsimo Andrefana region. The project is financed by the World Bank. The procurement follows a national competitive request for quotations process under the World Bank's September 2025 procurement regulations for investment project financing, and is open to bidders from eligible countries. The works must be completed within thirty calendar days. Bids must remain valid for sixty working days after the submission deadline and must include a bid security declaration. Interested firms must request the complete bidding document in French by email from the address given in the notice, and any addenda will be communicated by email and published on the project's website. Sealed bids marked with the reference number must be submitted to the National Project Management Unit's address in Antananarivo no later than 15 September 2026 at 10:00 local time, and will be opened the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. Late bids and electronic submissions will not be accepted. Bidders must meet stated technical qualification requirements relating to prior similar contracts.

Pour un délai de trente (30) jours calendaires. 3-L’offre devra comprendre l’Impôt sur les Marchés Publics, sans besoin de majoration ni distinction, accompagnée du modèle de lettre de cotation, du Bordereau de prix, quantitatif et délai d’exécution. 4-Les offres doivent être valides pendant une période de soixante (60) jours ouvrables suivant la date limite de dépôt des offres, accompagnées d’une déclaration de garantie de l’offre dument remplie (Cf : modèle dans l’annexe de la DC)

Requirements & Qualifications
Capacité technique: Réalisation à titre d'entrepreneur principal, d'un nombre minimal de marchés similaires stipulé ci-après, de manière satisfaisante et achevés pour l'essentiel exécutés au cours des DIX (10) dernières années à compter du 1er janvier 2016 jusqu'à la date limite de remise des offres : (i) DEUX (02) marchés de Travaux de construction ou de réhabilitation de bâtiment financés par des bailleurs de fonds (projets, organisme ou Etat), (ii) d'un montant minimum supérieure ou égal à 50% de son offre pour chaque marché. Les offres doivent être valides pendant une période de soixante (60) jours ouvrables suivant la date limite de dépôt des offres, accompagnées d'une déclaration de garantie de l'offre dument remplie (Cf : modèle dans l'annexe de la DC).
