Unaitas SACCO Supplier Prequalification 2026-2027

Unaitas SACCO Society Ltd, one of the largest savings and credit cooperative organisations in Kenya, has issued a Supplier Prequalification call for the 2026-2027 supply period covering 58 categories of goods, works and services. Prequalification is the first step in a structured procurement framework that will allow Unaitas to call off goods and services from a vetted supplier panel during the period. Categories range from office supplies and ICT to construction, marketing, professional services and financial services support.

Selected suppliers will be added to the Unaitas approved suppliers panel for the relevant categories and may be invited to participate in subsequent procurement opportunities (RFQs, RFPs) during the 2026-2027 period. Suppliers should keep their statutory and tax compliance current and respond to call-offs per Unaitas procurement procedures.

Legally registered Kenyan firm. KRA tax compliance certificate. NSSF and NHIF compliance. Business permit. AGPO certificate where applicable. Demonstrated track record in the relevant category. Audited financial statements where required. Reference letters from past clients.

Unaitas prequalification panel evaluation: mandatory documentation completeness, category-specific eligibility, financial standing, references. Suppliers meeting the threshold are added to the approved panel.
