- Market surveys on plastic usage in informal retail.
- Interviews with environmental regulators and industry groups.
- Legal review of enforcement mechanisms.
- Final report and regional "Circular Economy" policy brief.
Requirements & Qualifications
Mandatory:
- Consulting firm or NGO with environmental policy expertise.
- Team must include researchers fluent in English and Kiswahili.
- Registration: Level 1 on UNGM.
- Must provide at least 2 relevant case studies from emerging markets.
