Scope of Work
Large-scale water utility works for the Lesotho Lowlands Water Development Project. Scope: 1. Construction of 150km of ductile iron bulk water pipelines. 2. Construction of 3 reinforced concrete storage reservoirs (5ML capacity each). 3. Installation of 2 high-lift pumping stations including electro-mechanical works. 4. Implementation of an automated SCADA system for leak detection and flow management.
Requirements & Qualifications
1. International civil engineering contractors. 2. Financial: Minimum average annual turnover of $10M. 3. Experience: Successful completion of at least 3 water projects of similar scope in the last 10 years. 4. Personnel: Lead Project Manager must be a Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng) with 15 years experience. 5. Bid Security: $100,000 unconditional bank guarantee.
