Overview

UGPE, acting for Cabo Verde's Ministry of Finance, is procuring works for the rehabilitation of the quay and surrounding adjacent areas at Tarrafal Beach, including related upgrades and support works. The contract is being financed through the Resilient Tourism and Blue Economy Development in Cabo Verde Project, supported by a World Bank IDA credit.

Scope of Work

- The implementing agency, Unidade de Gestão de Projectos Especiais (UGPE), now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Works of rehabilitation of the quay and surrounding adjacent areas, including upgrades and support works for Tarrafal Beach.

Requirements & Qualifications

The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below or via the UGPE website https://ugpe.gov.cv/en/concursos. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security, in a form of a Bank Guarantee of 76.000 USD (seventy-six thousand UDS). All Bids must be accompanied by a Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and/or Sexual Harassment (SH) Declaration. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder's beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
