Sudan Livestock Sector

Sudan has one of the largest livestock populations in Africa, with over 100 million head of cattle, sheep, goats, and camels. The country exports live animals to Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and other Middle Eastern markets, a major source of foreign exchange and livelihoods.
