212 Founders is a Moroccan venture capital firm established to support startups with high potential and international ambitions. The firm operates as an incubator and accelerator, offering a two-stage program conducted twice a year. The first stage includes a 6-month incubation period with seed and Series A financing of up to €700,000 (~7 million MAD) upon completion. The second stage offers a 12-month acceleration program with funding up to €1 million (~10 million MAD). The firm's investment strategy focuses on sectors such as technology, fintech, deep tech, med tech, mobility, SaaS, prop tech, bio tech, and agri tech. 212 Founders targets startups in Morocco, Africa, and the Middle East, aiming to foster a sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem and contribute to economic growth and innovation in the region. Since its launch in 2019, 212 Founders has built a strong investment dynamic, not only in Morocco but across the African continent. Entrepreneurs benefit from mentorship, expert guidance, and investments of up to $1 million to accelerate their growth in Morocco and beyond. The program operates in two locations: in Morocco and also at Station F in France. It is open to entrepreneurs with ambitions in Morocco, Africa, or the Middle East. The program is carried by CDG Invest, the investment arm of CDG, a public institution in charge of investing collected savings into development projects aligned with Morocco’s strategic challenges.
