Astra Guild Ventures is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) that invests in Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), Play-to-Earn (P2E) games, and other blockchain projects, aiming to build a global community of investors, tech leaders, NFT and blockchain enthusiasts, and P2E players. The organization operates as a DAO, allowing members to participate in governance through voting on proposals and track earnings via a comprehensive dashboard. Astra Guild Ventures has a stake in various P2E games, including Realms of Ethernity, Kart Racing League, and PlaceWar, and engages in NFT gaming investments and scholarship programs within popular games like Axie Infinity. The organization is recognized for its transparency and decentralization, being the first DAO and NFT gaming guild to reveal real-time earnings through its Earnings Dashboard and maintaining a publicly available list of assets. Its goal is to become one of the first NFT gaming guilds to fully launch a decentralized platform, exemplified by initiatives such as the DAO Governance Board, where holders can propose, vote on, and change the DAO’s policies. Astra Guild Ventures operates across five integrated arms: Astra Capital, Astra Ventures, Astra Advisory, Astra Impact, and Astra Connect. These arms focus on various aspects of capital, strategy, and execution, including private capital advisory, venture building, strategic projects, global and civic-aligned initiatives, and a curated network of investors, operators, and strategic allies. The organization partners with founders, investors, and institutions to deliver results through these core functions, aiming to create, fund, and support ventures that drive progress through clarity, capital, and commitment. Founded in 2021, Astra Guild Ventures has grown to employ between 11 to 50 people. The organization has launched on multiple leading Initial DEX Offering (IDO) platforms, including Cooperlaunch YellowRoad, Luna Pad, PlayPad, MultiPad, DAOstarter, DAOLand, BSCMemepad, Maison Capital, Krystal, Oxbull, Arax, Lithium, and its own AGV launchpad. This expansion allows its rapidly growing community to invest in the company and further its mission to create more opportunities for players, developers, investors, and tech leaders within the NFT play-to-earn and blockchain-based gaming space.
