Brian NeSmith is the co-founder and Executive Chairman of Arctic Wolf, a cybersecurity company specializing in security operations. Under his leadership, Arctic Wolf has become a market leader, pioneering the first cloud-native security operations platform to end cyber risk. The company offers a comprehensive suite of services, including threat detection, response, and ongoing risk management, tailored to organizations of all sizes. Arctic Wolf's platform integrates threat telemetry from endpoint, network, and cloud sources, supported by a dedicated Concierge Security® team, providing a holistic protection framework for its clients. Prior to founding Arctic Wolf, NeSmith served as the CEO of Blue Coat Systems, where he significantly increased company revenues from $5 million to over $500 million, establishing it as the industry's leading web proxy platform. Before Blue Coat, he was the CEO of Ipsilon Networks, which was acquired by Nokia and became the leading appliance platform for Check Point firewalls. NeSmith holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
