Christopher North

Christopher North is a Managing Partner at L Catterton, a leading consumer growth investor with over $20 billion in assets under management. He co-leads the Growth Fund, focusing on growth-stage consumer technology businesses in the United States, Europe, and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining L Catterton, North served as President and CEO of Shutterfly, Inc., where he led the company through significant growth and increased profitability. Before Shutterfly, he was Managing Director of Amazon UK and co-led Amazon across Europe for six years, overseeing substantial revenue growth. His earlier career includes leadership roles at Phaidon Press, HarperCollins Canada, and HarperCollins Publishers, as well as a tenure as a management consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton. North holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Harvard College and a master's degree in Philosophy from New York University. He is also an active angel investor, having made more than 40 investments in early-stage companies, and serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations in arts and education.
