Climate Collective is the largest private climate tech startup support organization in South Asia, focusing on empowering startups by leveraging resources, partnerships, knowledge, and opportunities within the ecosystem. Their mission is to build and strengthen local climate startup ecosystems across the Global South, addressing climate challenges through innovative solutions. The organization offers a comprehensive suite of programs tailored to various stages of startup development. These include pre-acceleration programs for women entrepreneurs, market acceleration initiatives, growth support, and capacity-building services for utilities and corporates. By providing these resources, Climate Collective aims to foster a network of resilient entrepreneurs dedicated to shaping a greener future. Since its inception, Climate Collective has demonstrated a scalable model to support early-stage climate tech startups, evaluating over 3,000 startup applications and supporting more than 1,270 startups to date. Their efforts have facilitated the flow of early-stage capital into the climate tech sector, with the active support of 592 investors, enabling their startup portfolio to collectively raise USD 235 million. This track record underscores their commitment to accelerating climate action through innovation and collaboration.
