Fabrice Bernhard

Fabrice Bernhard is a French entrepreneur and angel investor specializing in technology and digital transformation. He co-founded Theodo, a leading technology consultancy, with Benoît Charles-Lavauzelle. Under his leadership, Theodo expanded from a team of 10 in 2012 to over 700 employees by 2022, with offices in London, Paris, and Casablanca. The company leverages Lean Tech to develop transformative technology solutions for a diverse global clientele, including multinational corporations such as VF Corporation, Raytheon Technologies, SMBC, Biogen, Colas, Tarkett, Dior, Safran, BNP Paribas, Allianz, and Société Générale, as well as leading tech scale-ups like ContentSquare, ManoMano, and Qonto. As an angel investor, Fabrice has made several investments in early-stage technology companies, focusing on those that align with his expertise in digital transformation and Lean methodologies. His investment strategy emphasizes sustainable growth and scalability, aiming to support startups in achieving long-term success. Fabrice is also a co-author of The Lean Tech Manifesto and has been invited to share his experience at international conferences such as the Lean Summit, DevOpsDays, and CraftConf. He studied at the École Polytechnique and ETH Zürich and resides in London with his two sons.
