About Michael Ronen

Michael Ronen is the CEO and Managing Partner of Oud Capital, an alternative investment firm based in Silicon Valley and New York. The firm focuses on advising and investing in advanced-stage, high-growth companies that leverage technology to disrupt large end markets in transportation, logistics, and other industries. Prior to founding Oud Capital, Ronen was a Managing Partner at SoftBank Investment Advisers, where he established the Vision Fund's Transportation and Logistics investment practice, investing over $5 billion in areas such as last-mile delivery platforms, parking and logistics, AI, robotics, and autonomous driving. He served on the boards of Cruise, Reef Technologies, GoBrands, and Flexport, and was responsible for investments in Nuro and Getaround. Before joining SoftBank, Ronen spent 19 years at Goldman Sachs, including several years as a Partner responsible for advising leading Technology, Media, and Telecom companies. He holds an LLB from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU.
