What the programme covers
Component 3
Digital Skills and Capabilities: This component focuses on building digital competencies at both foundational and advanced levels, specifically targeting underserved citizens at the bottom of the pyramid. Activities under this component include: (i) Enhancing Basic Digital Literacy and (ii) Nurturing employment-ready digital skills. This sub-component seeks to develop a critical mass of skilled Zambian workers with advanced digital skills and capabilities capable of harnessing the potential of emerging technologies while ensuring online safety.
