Improving Youth Employability (US$ 82 Million) , the component will contain two subcomponents: - Subcomponent 1.1: Provision of training and work experience (US$ 78Million) The Component will finance Soft Skills and Core Skills training, On -the-job work experience, stipend for youth beneficiaries, Training of Trainers and connecting MC with the umbrella employer organization, Recognition of prior Learning, Expanding occupational Testing standards, childcare for trainees. - Subcomponent 1.2 Operation of Labor market observatory and supporting intermediation (US$ 4 Million). This subcomponent will address Labor market information gaps and challenges faced in matching workers to job. Expanding employment opportunities (US$ 87 Million) , the component aims to expand employment opportunities through entrepreneurship development and support to social enterprise. Subcomponent 2.1: Support for entrepreneurship (US$ 80 Million). This will include Business Start-up Grants, Social Emotional and Business Skills, Business development Services, Mentorship and Childcare for Trainees Subcomponent 2.1: Result Based Financing Partnership with Social Enterprises (US$ 7 Million)

Support Youth Saving (US$20 million) , the component provides savings opportunities to beneficiaries of components 1 and 2. Sub-Component 3.1: Support savings through monetary incentives and nudges (US$6 million). This will involve: Auto enrolment and auto debit; Matching contributions to inculcate the saving habit; and Tangible short-term incentives to increase persistency of savings. Sub-Component 3.2: Enhancing NSSF operations by upgrading process, Systems and Communication (US$14 million).
