What the programme covers

Component 1

Access to Justice Services - will strengthen access to justice by expanding the geographic coverage of court services with the construction of five smart courts, strengthening alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms, and supporting the development of a gender justice strategy; 2.

Court Efficiency - will enhance court efficiency by enhancing staff knowledge, streamlining and simplifying court procedures, automating the case management process, and institutionalizing a staff performance management system; and 3.
