Acquisition of Guarding and Surveillance Services for AfDB Premises and Staff Residences in Libreville Gabon

The African Development Bank Group is procuring guarding and surveillance services for its premises and staff residences in Libreville, Gabon. The contract covers static guarding at the AfDB Gabon Country Office and at residential locations of international AfDB staff, including manned posts, control room monitoring, access control, intervention response and incident reporting. Control room monitoring of CCTV and alarm systems. Rapid intervention vehicle response to alerts. Daily incident reporting to AfDB Security and Country Office management. Coordination with Gabon law enforcement where required. Quarterly security performance reviews.
