Aviation Fuel Supply and Refueling Logistics at Entebbe Hub

Provision of JET A-1 aviation fuel and comprehensive refueling services for UN aircraft operating out of Entebbe International Airport. Scope: 1. Guaranteed daily supply of fuel for a fleet of 12 fixed-wing and rotary aircraft. 2. Operation and maintenance of dedicated fuel bowsers (refueler trucks). 3. Quality control testing according to Joint Inspection Group (JIG) standards. 4. Daily reporting of fuel consumption and real-time inventory management for MONUSCO logistics.

1. Bidders must have existing fueling infrastructure and operational base at Entebbe Airport. 2. Certification: Must possess IATA fuel quality certification and JIG compliance. 3. Financial: Annual turnover of at least $5M in the energy/aviation fuel sector. 4. Liability: Minimum $50M aviation liability insurance. 5. Compliance: Adherence to UN Supplier Code of Conduct.
