Equipamento Informático para a Plataforma de Interoperabilidade e Portal do Cidadão (Arquitectura Cloud Soberana)
The Government of Mozambique, through financing from the World Bank for the Digital Economy and Electronic Government Project (EDGE), invites eligible bidders to submit sealed proposals for the supply of IT equipment for the interoperability platform and citizen portal under a cloud sovereign architecture. The procurement is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (September 2023), and will be conducted as a national competitive bidding process using a Request for Proposals (RFP). Proposals must be valid for 90 days from the opening date and must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of 2,500,000.00 Meticais valid for 118 days. Proposals must be submitted in person by 10:00 local time on 8 September 2026 at the ATDI premises in Maputo; late submissions will be rejected. Successful bidders will be required to disclose beneficial ownership information as part of the contract award notice. This opportunity allows IT suppliers to bid for a government ICT infrastructure contract funded by a World Bank loan, supporting Mozambique’s digital governance agenda. The source does not state the total contract value or the expected duration of supply.
