Scope of Work

Provision of mission-critical internet connectivity for the IFC Regional Office in Dakar. Scope: 1. Primary dedicated fiber optic link (100 Mbps symmetric). 2. Secondary redundant fiber link from a physically separate path. 3. Managed router services with 24/7 proactive monitoring. 4. Service Level Agreement (SLA) guaranteeing 99.95 percent uptime with credit-back penalties for outages. 5. IPv4 and IPv6 address allocation.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Tier 1 or Tier 2 Internet Service Providers licensed in Senegal. 2. Technical: Must own and operate their own fiber backbone. 3. Support: On-site technical response time within 2 hours. 4. Financial: Audited financial statements for the last 2 years. 5. References: 3 clients with similar bandwidth and uptime requirements.
