One Ocean Finance Facility Strategic Communications Support

IUCN Centre for Policy and Law is procuring strategic communications support for the One Ocean Finance Facility (OOF). The successful consultant or firm will develop and execute the OOF communications strategy, supporting visibility, partner engagement, donor relations and ecosystem positioning over a 9-month period.

Develop and execute the OOF communications strategy. Produce communications products (briefings, blog posts, web content, donor presentations, social media). Support visibility events and partner convenings. Coordinate with IUCN HQ Communications and partner organisations. Manage stakeholder communications. Ensure brand consistency and donor visibility.

Communications consultancy or individual with demonstrated expertise in international climate, conservation or ocean finance communications. Strong writing skills in English. Experience working with international financial institutions, multilateral environmental agreements or similar. IUCN Declaration of Undertaking.

IUCN standard consultancy evaluation: technical proposal, financial proposal. Combined scoring; award to highest combined score within budget.
