IUCN HQ Harmony Core ERP System - 12 Month Implementation

Overview

IUCN Headquarters in Gland, Switzerland is procuring an implementation partner for the Harmony Core ERP system, a major enterprise resource planning transformation programme that will replace and modernise IUCN core finance, procurement, project management, HR and operations systems across its 50+ country and regional offices worldwide. The successful firm will work alongside the IUCN ERP project team and the Harmony Core software publisher to configure, integrate, migrate and roll out the new platform. Bidders are required to sign a reciprocal NDA before accessing the full RFP and Terms of Reference, given the sensitivity of IUCN systems and process documentation.

Scope of Work

Implementation services for Harmony Core ERP across IUCN finance, procurement, project, HR and operations modules. Business process analysis and configuration. Data migration from legacy systems. Integration with existing IUCN systems (donor reporting, payroll, banking) where required. User training across HQ and country/regional offices. Change management support. Go-live support and post-implementation hypercare. Documentation and knowledge transfer.

Requirements & Qualifications

Certified Harmony Core implementation partner with demonstrable track record of complex multi-country ERP implementations. Experience implementing ERP systems for international NGOs, UN agencies or multilateral development organisations strongly preferred. Multi-language project team capability (English, French at minimum). Reciprocal NDA signed before full RFP access. IUCN Declaration of Undertaking.

Evaluation Criteria

IUCN standard RFP evaluation: NDA execution, mandatory compliance check, technical evaluation (vendor certifications, methodology, team CVs, references, change management approach), financial evaluation. Award to highest combined-score responsive bidder.
