Scope of Work
Pre-arrival orientation for incoming IUCN employees and families. Housing search, viewings and lease negotiation. School search and enrolment support for accompanying children. Swiss residency permit and immigration formalities. Banking and tax registration support. Social integration support including language resources and cultural orientation. Move logistics coordination. Post-arrival support during the settling-in period. Departure formalities at the end of assignments.
Requirements & Qualifications
Swiss-based relocation services firm with demonstrated experience supporting international organisations or multinationals. Multilingual team (English, French, German). Network of partner providers (real estate agents, schools, lawyers, movers). IUCN Declaration of Undertaking.
Evaluation Criteria
IUCN standard procurement: mandatory compliance, technical evaluation (firm experience, service quality, network, references), financial evaluation. Award to highest combined-score responsive bidder.
