1. Printing firms with verifiable high-speed industrial offset capability. 2. Capacity: Ability to complete 1M units within 90 days. 3. Financial: Annual turnover of KES 50M. 4. Distribution: Must own or have a sub-contract with a reputable logistics firm with 4x4 capability for rural roads. 5. Statutory: Valid KRA Tax Compliance, AGPO certificate where applicable.
