Audit Requirement:
Leak detection and network efficiency mapping for Kigali centralized water grid.

- Acoustic leak detection across 200km of primary pipes.
- Updating of GIS network maps.
- Analysis of "Non-Revenue Water" (NRW) bottlenecks.
- Provision of a prioritized repair and replacement schedule.
Requirements & Qualifications
Criteria:
- Civil or Water Engineering firm with valid RDB registration.
- Minimum 5 years in water utility auditing.
- Must possess acoustic and thermal imaging equipment.
- References: 3 successful urban water audits in the last 10 years.
