Scope of Work
Overview: KRA seeks a managed security service provider (MSSP) to operate its 24/7 SOC.

- Real-time threat monitoring and incident response.
- Deployment of AI-driven SIEM and SOAR platforms.
- Monthly vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Quarterly cybersecurity awareness training for KRA staff.
Requirements & Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in managed security services.
- Certifications: ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS compliance.
- Personnel: At least 3 CISSP or CISM certified engineers.
- Local Presence: Must have a registered office and local support team in Kenya.
- Financial: Bid security of KES 500,000 from a reputable bank.
