Scope of Work

Project Goal: Create a unified digital backbone to connect disparate EMR systems across Malawi hospitals.
Scope:

Design of HL7/FHIR compliant interoperability layer.
Cloud hosting and data backup strategy.
Integration of existing DHIS2 and pharmacy modules.
User training for 150 district health IT officers.

Requirements & Qualifications

Key Requirements:

Software firms with 8+ years in Health Information Systems.
Proven experience in implementing national-level HIE in SSA.
Compliance with Malawi Data Protection Act.
Local support partner in Lilongwe is highly recommended.
