Multimedia and Live Broadcast Infrastructure for 2026 Annual Meetings

Provision of end-to-end multimedia and broadcasting services for the 2026 Annual Meetings in Abidjan. Scope includes: 1. Deployment of a temporary broadcast center with satellite uplink and fiber-optic streaming capabilities. 2. Management of 4 simultaneous high-definition live streams with simultaneous translation support. 3. Daily highlight reels (2-minute versions) for social media distribution. 4. High-resolution photography of all plenary sessions and bilateral meetings with immediate real-time upload to AfDB digital newsroom.

1. Firms must be legally constituted in an AfDB Member Country. 2. Demonstrated experience in managing broadcast logistics for events with over 2,000 delegates. 3. Financial standing: Minimum average turnover of $500,000 over the last three years. 4. Technical: Team must include certified broadcast engineers and senior bilingual media coordinators. 5. Quality Assurance: ISO 9001 certification or equivalent media industry standards preferred.
