Scope of Work

Technical Scope:
Development of a biometrics-linked foundational digital identity platform.
Deliverables:
  • Centralized biometric database (fingerprint and iris scan).
  • Issuance of 500,000 high-security digital ID cards.
  • Mobile ID application for government service authentication.
  • API integration for commercial banks and telcos.

Requirements & Qualifications

Mandatory Specs:
  • Firms must provide evidence of having deployed national ID systems in at least 3 countries.
  • Hardware must meet ICAO and NIST standards.
  • Firm must undergo a national security clearance process.
  • Experience in data migration from legacy systems is required.
