Management of health insurance and life insurance for local staff. 3. HR record-keeping and attendance tracking for field-based operational teams in Mogadishu, Baidoa, and Kismayo. 4. Facilitation of local income tax remittances to the Federal Government of Somalia.

1. Firms with an established legal entity and physical office in Somalia. 2. Experience: 5 years in HR outsourcing and large-scale payroll. 3. Audit: Ability to undergo quarterly financial and HR compliance audits by the UN. 4. Reputation: Clean record of compliance with Somali labor laws.
