Overview
Under the Rwanda Digital Acceleration Project, RISA is procuring a complete Single Digital ID (SDID) card printing and personalization system together with related consumables. This system will print and personalize the new Rwandan Single Digital ID card, a flagship initiative of Rwanda government to consolidate multiple identity instruments into a single secure credential. The contract uses the Direct Payment disbursement method except where letters of credit are specified. International Competitive Procurement under the World Bank Procurement Regulations (5th Edition, September 2023).
Scope of Work
Supply, delivery and installation of card printing and personalization equipment per the bidding document. Supply of related consumables (cards, ribbons, holograms, security features). Configuration and integration with NIDA (National Identification Agency) personalization workflows. Quality assurance and acceptance testing. Operator training. Warranty and after-sales service. Documentation.
