The Smart Africa Alliance is procuring consulting services for the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ERP will support Smart Africa Secretariat operations including finance, HR, procurement, project management and reporting. The procurement follows standard development bank consultant selection procedures with two-envelope technical and financial proposals.

Consulting firm with demonstrated ERP implementation experience for international organisations or intergovernmental bodies. Proposals submitted in English. Compliance with the Instructions to Consultants in the RFP. Standard Forms for Technical Proposal (Section 3) and Financial Proposal (Section 4) per the RFP package.

Standard QCBS or QBS evaluation per the Data Sheet in the RFP. Two-envelope submission with Technical and Financial Proposals. Public opening of Financial Proposals after Technical evaluation. Award per the methodology in the RFP Data Sheet.
