Call for Expression of Interest: Provision of Videography and Photography Services

Establishment of a multi-year pre-qualified pool for: 1. Photography (high-resolution event coverage, professional corporate portraits, documentary-style field photography, and product shots). 2. Videography (full HD/4K event recording, short-form social media clips, multi-camera interview setups, and high-impact mini-documentaries). 3. Post-Production (advanced color grading, sound mixing, motion graphics/animations, multi-language subtitling, and metadata tagging for archival purposes). Services will support TJNA advocacy work across multiple African regions.

Bidders must provide: 1. Detailed Company Profile or CV for individual consultants. 2. Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in high-level institutional storytelling. 3. A digital portfolio or link to a showreel demonstrating diverse styles (interviews, field work, events). 4. List of professional equipment owned (cameras, lighting, audio gear). 5. Valid Business Registration/Incorporation Certificate. 6. Valid Tax Compliance Certificate from the country of operation. 7. Minimum 3 professional references from international NGOs or similar bodies.
