1. International suppliers with experience in professional broadcast gear. 2. Must provide manufacturer authorization if not the OEM. 3. Logistics: Ability to deliver to Brindisi (Italy) or directly to regional hubs in Entebbe (Uganda) and Accra (Ghana). 4. Compliance: Equipment must meet international ITU frequency standards. 5. Documentation: Full technical manuals in English and French.
