Scope of Work
Standardization and supply of radio and digital media kits for UN communication offices in SSA. Scope: 1. Digital audio consoles (min 12 channels). 2. Professional condenser microphones and field recording kits. 3. FM Transmitters (1kW and 5kW models) with antenna systems. 4. Mobile "Studio-in-a-Box" solutions for rapid deployment in emergency zones. 5. 2-year warranty and provision of spare parts for remote field locations.
Requirements & Qualifications
1. International suppliers with experience in professional broadcast gear. 2. Must provide manufacturer authorization if not the OEM. 3. Logistics: Ability to deliver to Brindisi (Italy) or directly to regional hubs in Entebbe (Uganda) and Accra (Ghana). 4. Compliance: Equipment must meet international ITU frequency standards. 5. Documentation: Full technical manuals in English and French.
