Scope of Work

Digital Transformation:
Modernizing the customs clearance process using predictive analytics.
Scope:
  • AI module to flag high-risk shipments based on historical data.
  • Integration with ASYCUDA World.
  • Blockchain-based tracking for transit goods.
  • Training for 200 Customs Officers across border posts.

Requirements & Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Firms must have implemented similar systems for at least 2 other Revenue Authorities.
  • Technical team must include Data Scientists and Customs Experts.
  • Bidder must be tax compliant in Zambia or country of origin.
  • Solution must be scalable to handle 1M+ declarations annually.
