This notice concerns a framework agreement for the operational maintenance of specialised naval vessels used by the French Air and Space Force and the Army's special forces. The agreement covers five patrol boats of the KOURNIG, SEA MASTER RENKEN, CORRECT CRAFT and SAROS-8 types operated by the Air and Space Force, and eight craft of the EFC, STYX, SILLINGER and VNI types along with eight trailers operated by the Army. Most vessels are based in mainland France, except the SAROS-8 patrol boat, which is based in Djibouti. Work includes standard-level upkeep and parts supply for user-level maintenance on the Air Force vessels, preventive maintenance for the Army vectors, technical inspections and annual checks for the trailers, and lump-sum corrective maintenance for mainland vessels and trailers. The agreement is structured with a firm tranche, an optional tranche, a tranche based on a pricing schedule for purchase orders, and a tranche for unforeseen technical contingencies. Between roughly 24 and 40 technical stoppages are expected over the contract's life. The tender is issued by a French naval procurement authority and falls under a negotiated procedure with prior call for competition. It is categorised as a defence or security related contract and is open under a single-award framework structure.
