Associated Bus Company PLC (ABC Transport) is Nigeria's largest privately-owned long-distance road transport operator, listed on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX: ABCTRANS). Founded in 1993 by Frank Nneji OON (the company's Group Managing Director), ABC Transport operates inter-city bus services across Nigeria and to neighbouring West African countries including Ghana, Benin, Togo, and Cote d'Ivoire, using a modern fleet of over 500 coaches. The company also operates ABC Couriers (package delivery), ABC Hospitality (City Link terminal-based hotels), and maintenance subsidiaries.
