Abuja Securities and Commodity Exchange (ASCE), now part of Nigerian Commodity Exchange (NCX), is Nigeria's federal commodity exchange headquartered in Abuja. Established in 1998 as a stock exchange and subsequently converted to a commodity exchange in 2001, ASCE/NCX facilitates spot and futures trading of Nigerian agricultural commodities including maize, sorghum, paddy rice, cocoa, sesame, and ginger.
