DASPHARMA PLC

DASPHARMA PLC is the only pharmaceutical company listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE), formed in 2022 from the merger of three historic Ghanaian pharmaceutical companies: Dannex Limited (formerly Dumex Ltd, rebranded 1990), Ayrton Drug Manufacturing Limited, and Starwin Products Limited (formerly Sterling Products Ltd, rebranded 1990). The consolidated DASPHARMA manufactures a wide range of generic and branded pharmaceutical products for Ghana and West African markets from combined facilities inherited from the three founding companies. The merger represented one of the most significant consolidations in Ghanaian pharmaceutical industry history.
