Guaranty Trust Holding Company PLC (GTCO), formerly Guaranty Trust Bank PLC (GTBank), is a leading Nigerian multinational financial services group listed on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX: GTCO) and the London Stock Exchange. The bank was founded in 1990 by Tayo Aderinokun (1955-2011) and Fola Adeola, and commenced operations in February 1991.
