Honeywell Flour Mills

Honeywell Flour Mills PLC is a major Nigerian flour milling and food company founded in 1985 by Dr Oba Otudeko CFR, a Nigerian banker-industrialist and chairman of the Honeywell Group. Based in Apapa, Lagos, Honeywell produces wheat flour, semolina, noodles, pasta, and other baking ingredients under the Honeywell and Honeywell Superfine brands, competing directly with Flour Mills of Nigeria's Golden Penny in the Nigerian flour and pasta market. The company was listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange from 2009 until 2022, when it was acquired by Flour Mills of Nigeria in a landmark consolidation transaction that combined Nigeria's top two flour millers.
